"The OCD of Manitoba is a information centre. I have their brochures which state you just call the fire or health department or go get a referral from a family doctor for your sick friend. I was informed by a staff person at the Age and Opportunity office in Winnipeg that she works with the Public Trustee office (Province of Manitoba). I ask about their services and she told me we help sometime with cleaning depending who the person is.
