•Check the online classifieds on craigslist.org for “junk removal” services or for “handyman” and cleaning labor. 
•Check your local churches to see if they have volunteer groups to help clean out these types of homes.
•Post on Freecycle.org
•If you don't see a company listed in your area, some people have reported finding companies to clean out these types of homes by searching "crime scene clean-ups" or "meth lab clean-ups."

Anxiety Care - is a London, England charity that "tries to help people suffering from anxiety disorders to plan, initiate and carry through their own recovery programmes alone, with the support of charity volunteers, or under the direction of a mental health professional". The web site has a chat room and an interesting, although somewhat out- dated, article on OCD.

Satwant Singh and OCD Action are working together to support people who obsessively hoard. OCD Action works for all people with OCD and as such, you do not have to be a member of OCD Action to attend.

The group is open to those who have hoarding issues, their family, friends and carers. This is a professionally-led group. Satwant is a specialist in this field and is donating his time to help people with OCD who hoard.
