She collects, for the most part, very useless junk. I think 99.99% of
what she hoards is 100% recyclable. I understand to keep old nice
clothes in which you may need 'when you lose weight', but most of her junk
is recyclable paper. I really resent the fact that if she dies, I have
to clean up all this stored mess...

I have found out about this disease from Marie Claire magazine
Aug 2007 issue. I have been struggling with this issue of my mom's
ever since I can remember. It was my dad's problem, too, before he passed
away. It probably started right after Junior High, 8th grade. Some
of you have this problem in much worse form than I've seen in our own
home, well, most of you, bc this is a website for extreme hoarders.

She will scream if I even the littlest bit even mention if we may
organize, and discard all useless junk. She will come up with all sorts of
excuses, but you know, when you are this miserable, there are no good
explanations. We could live a high, and active life if it weren't for
this junk in the way. We could do all sorts of fun stuff instead of
buying useless ugly crap. Instead of buying useless Supercenter products
in which, a good 79% of the products at cheap stores really ought to be
recycled for the good of the environment, instead of being a useless
piece of product, or merchandise that only creates deep regret, remorse,
resentment, and terror amongst all of us victim, and prey to these
hoarders. Alot of the products out there have not been tested, and end up
not being usefull in the way we fell for these gimmicks.
WATCH WHAT YOU BUY, BE FRUGAL WITH FUTURE PURCHASES, MAKE SURE WHAT YOU
BUY ACTUALLY WORKS BEFORE PURCHASING, ASK YOURSELF THE QUESTION: "AM I
REALLY JUST BUYING FOR THE SAKE OF BUYING THE ITEM, OR IS THIS ITEM A
VERY GREAT IN EXCELLENCY INTENDED FOR USE & TRULY SENTIMENTAL REASON,
AND WILL NOT BE EVENTUALLY STORED?
Good Luck. Pray for all hoarders, and hoarders family.
Thank you.
