I also can relate. Until May of this year I'd never been in husbands parents house. We finally put in a new manufactured home next door to theirs and moved them to it and are currently cleaning out the house they used to live in. Our main reason was my father in law is very ill due to his heart and the house has stairs no matter what door you go in. They are living much easier now but the new house is full. I am 3 months into clearing the 3000 sq foot house and only have a few rooms done. We can now live in it and will hopefully be done clearing it in the next few months. Then on the the 3 bay shop, the barn, the basement and several other outbuildings...and lets not forget the yard..LOL I am so thrilled to meet others that have been thru this..my friends are supportive but they don't get the magnatude of the sitation.. And clearing out is not fun...she carries on constantly..its been very stressful...but hopefully in the end we'll all win.
