Chronic Disorganization Inventory/ Survey for doctoral student of Counseling Psychology at Fordham University
Take the survey here. Click "Read more" below for more information on survey.
Dear participant: Chronically disorganized individuals may experience various symptoms such as perfectionism and poor time management skills. The subject of chronic disorganization has not yet been adequately addressed by the psychological literature. No assessment tool has been developed to measure chronic disorganization in adults. The present study involves the development and validation of such a measure. It is hoped that the measure will be used in the primary investigator’s doctoral dissertation. The measures should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Only code numbers will appear on the research questionnaires, and all individual information will be kept completely confidential. Data will be stored in the care of the principal investigator who will access the data in addition to the advisor and participating investigator for this research. By completing this survey, you are consenting to the terms of the research study. Please be aware that your participation is completely voluntary and you may decline to participate now or at any point during the process. There will be absolutely no personal consequences should you decide not to participate in this study. The questions posted are meant to tap into your personal experiences. If you agree to participate, we ask that you allow yourself to be as honest as possible in responding.
