Hi.  Need help in what seems to be priority in getting help to my sisters extreme hoarding.  She has completely accepted the fact that she has the disease.  I assume the first thing to do is start her on counseling.  She is already on Paxil which I understand is helpful for this.  Once she is okay with us trying to clear her house, our dilema is who to us for this.  She will not allow anyone from our church or community to pitch in and do it  even though she knows its done with no judgment, she feels she would never be able to face any of them and
would lose all her friends.  She lives in Oklahoma.  She has two small children.  If anyone can give me a resource in the OKC area, please advise.  Thanks

Here is a cleaning company to maybe call and get a quote from?:
Trauma Scene Restoration and Bio-Recovery LLC

What about calling around to Catholic Charities or Volunteers of America to see if they help clean hoarded homes?

Good luck!
