Hello,
Channel 4 last year on the BBC aired a show called "World of Compulsive Hoarders."
Someone has posted videos of it on YouTube, (it's 4 parts to see the
whole thing)

It's a really good overview I think. They even show a daughter trying
to help her dad (the hoarder) clean out and it's pretty good how they
are able to catch his anxiety on film a tiny bit to show what it's
like. (that's in pt. 4 I believe)
