Hello,
If you click on any members profile, you will see there is now an area for "Relationship to hoarder."
All new members joining will have that optional field to fill out as they register.
Existing members: In order for your relationship to show up in your profile, I will have to add it for you. Just let me know what it is by replying here (if you don't see your relationship reflected in your profile already-as I have done some.)
