Sad story, apparently the poor pets had no place to go either.

I saw a new TV series called The Verminators last week where they were doing apt inspections. Sure enough, there was a hoarder apt. with smashed raw eggs on the floor next to the trash for starters. The owner was not home but they did the inspection and found NO mice, roaches, nothing. The guy commented that even roaches wouldn't live there.

The department also says all that stuff may have actually saved the house.
Though an exact cause is still under investigation, officials say the fire didn't spread because it had no where to go - too much stuff.

I'm still trying to figure out how the above statement makes sense! ?! (no air to fuel the fire because it was too crammed with stuff??)

I guess so Donna, Kind of like trying to burn a book.
Sad that the entire focus of the article was hyping the hoard!
